Questions
Our service pages describe the standard work. Before you commit, your quote confirms the pages, features, content setup and launch work included in your project. We don't leave you to guess what the starting price covers.
The standard setup starts with a suitable theme styled for your business. Custom features are separately scoped and quoted. Búdziko's AI fitting room is an example of that additional work.
Website and store builds have no required monthly fee from Jellys. You pay providers directly for services your site uses, such as your domain, hosting, Shopify or paid apps. We identify expected costs before you approve the work. For a custom web product, any maintenance, monitoring or support arrangement is agreed in its proposal.
In Shopify, yes: products, collections and store content are yours to edit, and we show you how. On a website, send us the change (new hours, a menu, a photo) and we price it before making it. Want to edit it yourself? Ask for a website editor when we plan the project and we'll include it in the quote.
For website and store builds, we fix anything we built that isn't working as agreed for 30 days. New features, content changes and work caused by later platform or third-party changes are quoted separately, and you don't have to sign up for a monthly Jellys plan. A custom web product's support is agreed in its proposal.
