Approach
A little personality. A clear plan.
We keep the work visible and the decisions understandable. You know what we're building, what we need from you and what happens next.
Who you're working with
You work with the people who build it.
You talk directly to the people who design and build your site. No account managers, no hand-offs.
- A written scope and price before work begins
- A working preview you can open at any time
- A reply within one working day
- Your accounts in your name from day one
How it works
Six stages, no surprises.
You'll always know where the project is and what happens next. The stages describe a website or Shopify build; a custom web product follows the same shape, with its review stages, schedule and support set out in its proposal.
Talk it through
A free 20-minute call or a message: your business, what the site must do, the budget, the timing.
You get: A clear next step.
Agree the plan and price
A written scope and a fixed quote: the pages, the content needed, the schedule, any outside costs.
You get: The scope, quote and content checklist.
Follow a working preview
A link to the real thing as it comes together, on a phone or computer, with what to review and where we need you.
You get: A preview link and clear review points.
Bring your feedback together
Two rounds are included. Each round is one list, worked through together, within the agreed scope.
You get: Two rounds of agreed refinements.
Launch and hand over
Once reviewed and ready, it goes live on your accounts. We show you how it works and how changes work.
You get: The live site, account access and the agreed handover.
Settle in after launch
30 days of fixes for anything we built that isn't working as agreed. No monthly fee; later changes are priced first.
You get: Thirty days of fixes for delivered work.

Timing
Keeping things moving.
Most builds go live in 2–4 weeks. We confirm the schedule once we know the work and the content, and it depends on your materials arriving on time.
Name one person to collect your team's feedback, and each round stays quick and clear.
What you can count on
The small print, in big letters.
These are the terms of our standard website and Shopify builds. A custom web product gets its own scope, schedule, review stages and support terms in its proposal.
One scope, one fixed quote.
We agree what's included and the price before anything starts. Want more later? We quote that separately.
Two rounds of feedback.
Each round is one collected list of changes to the agreed direction and scope. Both are included.
Provider costs are separate.
You pay your domain, hosting, Shopify and any paid apps directly. We tell you what to expect before you approve the work.
Content is a shared job.
We start from your words and images and shape them into pages. Full copywriting and photo shoots are scoped separately.
Accounts stay in your name.
Your domain, hosting and Shopify accounts are set up for your business. You can remove our access whenever you like.
Thirty days of fixes after launch.
If anything we built isn't working as agreed, we fix it free within that window.
No monthly fee from Jellys.
Want something changed later? We price it first, and you pay for that change only.
You get the code.
After final payment, we hand over the agreed project source and setup instructions, so another developer can maintain it. Your proposal identifies any reusable components and third-party licences that apply.
If something is unclear, ask before we begin. We'd rather explain it now than leave you guessing halfway through the project.

Questions
The questions people ask before they start.
Yes. The first 20-minute call is free and there's no obligation to start a project. We'll talk about what you need, your timing and budget, and whether Jellys is a good fit. You're also welcome to start by email.
No. Tell us what you're planning and what you already have. Before the build starts, we'll agree what content and access are needed and who will provide them.
For website and store builds, each round is one collected list of changes to the agreed direction and scope. Two rounds are included. Further rounds, new features or a change of direction are priced before we work on them. Custom web products follow the review stages agreed in their proposal.
The agreed scope has a fixed price. If you ask for something outside it, we explain the additional work and price before starting it. You decide whether to add it.
Your domain, hosting and Shopify accounts are set up in your business's name, as applicable. You keep control of them and can remove our access if we stop working together.
For website and store builds, we fix anything we built that isn't working as agreed for 30 days. New features, content changes and work caused by later platform or third-party changes are quoted separately, and you don't have to sign up for a monthly Jellys plan. A custom web product's support is agreed in its proposal.
Website and store builds have no required monthly fee from Jellys. You pay providers directly for services your site uses, such as your domain, hosting, Shopify or paid apps. We identify expected costs before you approve the work. For a custom web product, any maintenance, monitoring or support arrangement is agreed in its proposal.
Yes. After final payment, we hand over the agreed project source and setup instructions, so another developer can maintain your site if you ever need one. Your proposal identifies any reusable components and third-party licences that apply, and your domain, hosting and Shopify accounts are in your name from the start.
No. We can build a clear website and the agreed shopping or enquiry experience, but sales, traffic and rankings depend on more than the site. We won't promise a result we can't control.
